As the National Program Director of Ease of Doing Business (EoDB), he leads one of India’s foremost emerging technology piloting platforms, focused on transforming policy concepts into scalable, implementation-ready solutions.
With extensive experience spanning public policy, governance, technology, and strategic program management, Shri Sinha has been instrumental in conceptualizing and executing transformative national initiatives across electric mobility, drone commercialization, digital infrastructure, logistics, and sustainable development. He is widely recognized for bridging the gap between policy formulation and ground-level implementation through collaborative frameworks involving government, industry, academia, and startups.
As the Program Director of the National Highways for Electric Vehicles (NHEV) initiative, he has played a pioneering role in advancing interoperable EV charging infrastructure and accelerating India’s transition toward sustainable mobility. He also leads DISHA, a national drone commercialization initiative focused on enabling large-scale adoption of drone technologies across sectors such as agriculture, logistics, surveillance, mapping, and infrastructure.
