Mr. Vibhore Bharti Garg is a senior business and technology leader with over 20 years of experience across telecommunications, mobility, and electric vehicle (EV) ecosystems. He currently serves as a Board Member at CPOS India and is the Co-Founder of Emuron Technologies Pvt. Ltd., where he has contributed to building advanced EV technology solutions focused on battery swapping, IoT analytics, and battery management systems.
He has held leadership roles in the telecom sector with global organisations including Nokia, Motorola, and AT&T, where he was involved in large-scale infrastructure and network deployment projects. His experience includes managing greenfield telecom projects valued at over USD 100 million and leading the rollout of approximately 50,000 2G/3G/4G network installations across multiple states in India.
As an entrepreneur, he co-founded Emuron Technologies, developing integrated EV solutions including swapping station infrastructure, telematics systems, and battery intelligence platforms. This venture played a key role in strengthening his contribution to India’s emerging electric mobility ecosystem.
Currently, through his involvement in the EV sector and industry advisory roles, he focuses on building scalable, technology-driven energy and mobility solutions that support India’s transition toward sustainable transportation systems.
